The audits are conducted by using a videoconferencing platform. Our audit team has experience using many of these platforms, such as: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, Webex, etc.
During the audit, the auditor performs a virtual tour by using the camera of a mobile device and conducts interviews with the personnel, just how it's done in onsite audits.
Also, the auditor reviews the auditee's documentation through a screensharing feature or by using the camera of a mobile device if the documentation is kept as hard copy.

It's recommended that the organization meets the following requirements in order to conduct a remote audit. Nevertheless, our technical team will confirm the viability of the audit through a meeting at the moment of requesting the service.

- Access to a videoconferencing platform. In case your organization doesn't have one, you can choose one of the following in order to conduct the audit: Microsoft Teams, Skype or Zoom..
- Mobile device with camera and access to one of the platforms mentioned above..
